Product Introduction:


The QY-H2 portable acoustic imaging device consists of a microphone array, acoustic camera, battery, touchscreen, and other components. It is compact and lightweight, only about the size of a palm, weighing approximately 820 grams. It can be easily held and operated by one hand for an extended period, making it suitable for long-term safety leak detection, long-distance power inspection, and use in complex industrial scenarios.


The QY-H2's microphone array has a diameter of only 5cm and integrates up to 136 high-precision MEMS ultrasonic sensors. The ultra-small array design enables the acoustic imaging device to be palm-sized. The dense microphone arrangement ensures the imaging effect of high-frequency ultrasonic sources. The large number of microphones guarantees sensitivity to detect weak signals, and the unique array layout optimizes the imaging dynamic range.


The QY-H2's body adopts a full aluminum alloy material design, ensuring reliable performance, aesthetic appearance, and professional detection technology. The QY-H2 completes the main imaging calculation work through a built-in FPGA chip, which has high computational efficiency and significantly reduces power consumption. This allows the QY-H2 to have an uninterrupted usage time of up to 5.5 hours. For typical application scenarios, it can be charged once every 2-3 days or even once a week.


The QY-H2 supports multiple working modes, including single sound source, multiple sound sources, and sensitive modes. It has functions such as automatic discrimination of partial discharge types and leakage estimation, suitable for partial discharge and leakage detection scenarios. Despite its small size, the QY-H2 remains powerful. Through algorithm optimization, the sound source localization accuracy is comparable to a larger array, meeting the needs of most application scenarios.


Applications-Gas Leakage Detection:


Gas leaks, including compressed gases, combustible gases, toxic gases, and others, have always been a concern for enterprises as they can lead to energy waste, equipment failure, and even major accidents. When equipment leaks, it generates ultrasonic energy, which can be captured by acoustic imaging instruments to detect the fault in its earliest stages, allowing for prompt action. Portable acoustic imaging instruments can efficiently, intuitively, and accurately help users identify and locate leak sources in the form of video images, enabling them to take countermeasures promptly.


The portable acoustic imaging instrument has a positioning frequency range that covers audible sound and ultrasound, making it suitable not only for manual inspections but also for identifying and locating mechanical vibration noise, partial discharge ultrasound, and gas leak ultrasound, achieving multiple functions with a single device.
