The portable high-noise motor vehicle capture equipment consists of three subsystems: a portable noise capture probe, a license plate capture and recognition system, and a backend law enforcement linkage system. This portable equipment integrates a high-definition camera with a sound pickup probe, utilizing sonar and phased array radar technology to detect and locate high-noise behaviors such as honking. The license plate capture and recognition subsystem is composed of a high-definition camera and a vehicle capture and recognition processor, which captures the license plate number of high-noise vehicles after the sound pickup probe detects the honking of the vehicle.
